Description: In this topic, the user will learn how to add attachments. The most common place to add an attachment is at clock out in the mobile app. Employees use this feature to take a picture to include in the visit. Another place place where an  an attachment can be added in the mobile app is the messaging module.

The most common place to add an attachment is at clock out on a shift in the mobile app. Employees use this feature to take a picture that they would like to include in their visit. For example, an employee might want to attach a receipt using this method. Another place that an attachment can be added in the mobile app is through the messaging module.

Whether you want to add an attachment to a clock out or to a message, follow these instructions when you get to the Add Attachment option.

Click Add Attachment

  1. When arrived at the Add Attachment option, click Add Attachment.

  2. A system alert will display the following, "
