- The DCI Portal provides a forgot password function right on the login page
- For the web portal click the Web portal - Click the Forgot your password? blue hyper link hyperlink on the login page
- For the mobile app click the Mobile app - Click the Forgot Password? blue hyperlink on the login page
- Then enter Enter your email address and select the click Send Reset Email button
- Locate the email sent by the system support@dcisoftware.com to reset your password (the sender email will be support@dcisoftware.com)Please check your spam box the password
- Check spam if the email is not received in the your inbox
- Select Click the Reset Password button link in the email
- Please note: The Reset Password This link will only be active for a specific amount of time (typically 24 hours) , the amount of time is based on the users company security policiesAfter clicking the Reset Password button in the email if determined by the organization
- If the link is inactive, an it will alert will appear with "Invalid Token. Please contact your DCI administrator." Select the Resend the email button and proceed back to step 3.
- Please note: The Reset Password This link will only be active for a specific amount of time (typically 24 hours) , the amount of time is based on the users company security policiesAfter clicking the Reset Password button in the email if determined by the organization
- The email will open up the Security Verification webpage. The user will have the choice to verify eitherone of two options:
- the The Security question or
- Security questions are case Case sensitive and must be entered exactly as when created
- SSN (social security number) and DOB (date of birth)
- the The Security question or
- Select the Click Verify button
- The Reset Password page will open up. Enter your a new password into the two fields, Please enter password and Please confirm password.
- Password Criteria
- Must be at lease least 10 characters
- Must contain 1 uppercase lettersletter, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Must not contain more than two repeated characters in a row
- The password should be different from the 3 previous passwords
- Password should not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters
- Password Criteria
- Click Reset
- The user password is now reset and is active to use for logging inactive
