Gender Field on Client Demographics

A new, required Gender field is now present when creating, editing, or importing a client. This field defaults to Unknown, but the drop-down menu also includes Male, Female, and Other. Gender data displays on the Client Demographics widget.

For customers utilizing the Care Management module, gender data displays on the Client Details widget and when editing the Client Summary.

Vendor Login Initial Release

Vendor Login is now available! This release includes initial functionality. Look for advanced functionality in subsequent releases. Submit a DCI Support Ticket to enable this feature in your organization’s instance.

Edit Vendor Profile & Enable Vendor Login

  1. Click Home on the main menu

  2. Click Vendors on the submenu

  3. Use the filters and click Search to update the Vendor table

  4. Click anywhere on the Vendor row to open the Vendor Profile Details page

  5. Click the Actions button

  6. Click Edit Vendor

  7. Click the Authentication Information tab

  8. Check the Enable Vendor Login box

  9. Username - System-generated based on Vendor name entered

  10. Authentication Status - Defaults to active if Enable Vendor Login is checked

  11. Enter password and confirm password

  12. Click Save

  13. User receives an email to confirm their profile

After successful login, vendors see two submenu tabs, Entries and Accounts. Below is the actions and/or information displayed for each submenu:

  • Entries

    • Create vendor payment entries

      • Active service accounts for the clients and service codes required to create entries

    • Edit pending entries they created

      • Click the edit icon in the Action column to edit right from the entry row!

  • Accounts

    • View linked service accounts
