Select Agency Feature for DCI Instances (System Identifier) for the DCI Mobile EVV App
We are excited to announce that users can now switch between agencies (DCI instances) easily without clearing cache and/or uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Simply add the applicable agencies once, then select the appropriate agency at each log in. The agency selected at the most recent log in will be the default. Users can remove an agency or add a new one at any time.
*Please note: This feature benefits users associated with more than one agency that leverage DCI as their EVV solution. You must be online mode (connected to WIFI or cell service) to utilize this feature.
