Vendor Assigned Authorizations
A new service code level setting called Allow Vendor Authorization is now available allowing clients to have multiple funding accounts and authorizations differentiated by vendor.
*Previously:
A client could not have multiple funding accounts or authorizations for the same service code and date range
*New:
A client can now have multiple funding accounts and authorizations for the same service code and date range as long as the vendor is different. This allows each vendor to draw from their own bucket of funds.
To utilize, enable the Allow Vendor Authorization setting on the service code.
Please note: When enabled, a specific vendor must be assigned to the funding account and authorization for that service code.
This feature cannot be enabled for a service code that already has a funding account and authorization. A new service code is required.
