April 2025 Release Notes

The DCI maintenance release for the web portal will occur on the morning of Wednesday, April 9, 2025, and will require the DCI web portal to be unavailable for all users from 1:30 AM to 3:30 AM EST.
The DCI maintenance release requires a mobile app update. The new mobile app version will be available as early as Wednesday, April 9, 2025. All users will be forced to update their mobile app as early as Thursday, April 10, 2025. Thank you for being a valued DCI customer!
Client Schedule Creation
Clients may now create and manage their own schedule! Simply check the Enable Schedule Management box on the client’s profile or update via import (Import > Profiles > Client Profiles) so they may:
Create schedule entries
Edit schedule entries
Publish schedule
Publish schedule changes
Delete schedules
Copy schedule from previous week
*Please note: Clients will not be able to schedule over their authorization limits

New Instance-Level Setting
Employee Number can now be a required field when creating an Employee Service Account! To turn on this setting, please Submit a DCI Support Ticket.

New Payroll Batch Status
Users may now see a new batch status called Awaiting Entries when creating large payroll batches. This status serves to alert users that entries are still being loaded to the batch, so as not to proceed with Validating or Processing the batch until complete.

Custom Field List now features Multi-Select Option
When creating or editing a custom field with an Input Type of List, users may now choose to make it multi-select! Simply click the Yes radio button in the Multi-Select field. When enabled, users completing the custom field can select multiple options from the list. Additionally, when Multi-Select is enabled, use the Custom Fields import (Import > Custom Fields) to include more than one value by adding a colon between each value in the column (e.g., one:two:three).

Now type and select in the Cost Center field when creating and editing various profile types, programs, and funding sources!
