Description: In this topic, the client will learn how to submit a voice recording for voice attestation (EVV) on mobile app punches.

Role Required: Client, Guardian

Permission Required: N/A

Voice Attestation (EVV)

  1. The employee clicks Voice

  2. The DCI mobile app will display an alert stating, "DCI EVV Would Like to Access the Microphone". The employee clicks OK to allow.

  3. The employee hands the mobile device to the client

  4. The Voice Verification window opens

  5. The client or authorized representative clicks the red button at the bottom of the page to start the voice recording

  6.  

    1. A computer voice will recite a phrase for the client or authorized representative to repeat

  7. Click the red button at the bottom of the page again to stop the voice recording

  8. Click the blue Save text in the upper right-hand corner to validate the voice recording

  9. Click Confirm on the pop-up alert box

  10. Hand the device back to the employee
