Mobile App - Employee - Dashboard & Menu Navigation
Description: Learn how to navigate the DCI mobile app dashboard and menu as an employee.

Dashboard
Log in to the DCI mobile app.
On the Dashboard, scroll and tap to navigate.
Menu: Tap the Menu button (three horizontal lines) to open options.
Messaging: Tap Messages (envelope icon) to read or send messages and view notifications. For details, visit the Help Center.
Clock In: Tap the blue Clock In button to start a shift. If you have an open shift, the button changes to Continue to Clock Out on next login.
Overtime gauge: Shows progress toward 40 hours. This is informational only; eligibility varies by program. Contact your program coordinator for details.
Total hours gauge: Weekly hours by status (see definitions below).
Approved: Ready for payment.
Pending: Worked hours awaiting approval.
Unverified: Entered by a supervisor or employer; must be verified by the employee before approval.
Total hours: Sum of approved, pending, and unverified hours.
News posts: Important messages from your program, employer, or supervisor.

Menu
Log in to the DCI mobile app.
Open the Menu (three horizontal lines) in the upper left to view options.
Profile: View your image and/or signature. Use the Action button to add or update. If enabled, use Digital ID Card for quick credentials (shows name, agency, website, logo, and optional statement).
Home: Return to the Dashboard.
Messages: Open the messaging module.
Entries: View all time entries for services provided.
Schedules: Access the schedule (available only if the scheduling module is enabled).
Care Management: Access care management (available only if enabled for the client). View pending and published care notes; select a client to see details, plan of care, and punch entries.
Search: Find specific messages or entries.
Language: Select a preferred language (available only if multi‑lingual is enabled).
Logout: Sign out and return to the login page.
Note: Users are automatically logged out after an inactivity period set by the organization.
