We are excited to share that enhancements to the Vendor profile will be available Tuesday, September 9, 2025!

Vendor Enhancements

The primary user associated to the vendor profile when login is enabled is now called the Vendor Account Owner. Vendor Users are minor users associated to the Vendor profile.

*Previously:

  • Vendors could only have one login

*New:

  • The Vendor Account Owner has a Users tab on the submenu allowing them to create and manage additional Vendor Users

    • Vendor Users have their own usernames and passwords

    • Vendor Users can view, create, edit pending entries, and send vendor payment reminders to employers (when the associated message template is enabled)

  • The Vendor Account Owner can message their respective employers and clients, and can reply to messages sent to them by super users and/or users with the vendor admin permission.

    • Please note: Vendor Users cannot use the Messaging Module
