Claims Manager Guide
Description: In this guide, the user will learn how to use the DCI Claims Manager to view and manage billing claims.
Roles Required: Super User, Billing Team
Optional Permission: Claims Manager Billing Supervisor – Provides Super User type access to all features in Claims Manager and direct access to Claims Manager from portal. Claims Manager must be enabled for the instance to select this permission. It can be added to employees via import and does not provide extra permissions within portal.
