August 2025 Release Notes
The DCI maintenance release for the web portal will occur on the morning of Wednesday, August 27, 2025, and will require the DCI web portal to be unavailable for all users from 1:30 AM to 3:30 AM EST.
The DCI maintenance release requires a mobile app update. The new mobile app version will be available as early as Thursday, August 28, 2025. All users will be forced to update their mobile app as early as Wednesday, September 3, 2025. Thank you for being a valued DCI customer!
Activate Profile & Forgot Password Enhancements
Activation emails now display two options to authenticate a profile!
Option 1: If you know your temporary password, enter it on the next screen to activate your profile.
Option 2: If you don’t know your temporary password, choose “Set New Password” instead and follow the steps to verify your identity.
The forgot password workflow now requires both email address and username. This change applies to web portal, mobile web, and mobile app in FI Mode.

Client Sign-Off for Vendor Payment Entries
A new service code setting called Enable Client Sign-Off is now available! When enabled, clients may navigate to the Entries Requiring Sign Off tab on the submenu to sign off on vendor payment entries.

Cancel Entries Import Enhancement
The Cancel Employee Entries Import is now called Cancel Entries.
*Previously:
The Cancel Employee Entries Import was only utilized to cancel employee entries if they were in a status of Approved or later AND were not already compensated
*New:
Super Users or users with Import Admin permission may now utilize the Cancel Entries import to cancel the following entry types respective to their instance:
Employee entries
Vendor entries
Reimbursement entries
Bonus Payment entries
