December 2025 Release Notes

The DCI maintenance release for the web portal will occur on the morning of Wednesday, December 17, 2025, and will require the DCI web portal to be unavailable for all users from 1:30 AM to 3:30 AM EST.

The DCI maintenance release requires a mobile app update. The new mobile app version will be available as early as Wednesday, December 17, 2025. All users will be forced to update their mobile app as early as Thursday, December 18, 2025. Thank you for being a valued DCI customer!


Care Management & Case Worker Region Linking Compatibility

Care Worker Region Linking is now compatible with Care Management! This update ensures both features work together seamlessly so users only see the information and participants relevant to their assigned regions and roles. If you are not already using Case Worker Region linking and wish to enable it now, submit a ticket in the DCI Help Center. For more details, please see the Help Center articles linked below:

Care Management Module User Display

Previously: If Care Management is enabled for your instance, all users will see the Care Management Module

Now: Users will only see the Care Management Module if they are associated with a funding account with at least one Care Plan Goal linked to it. In other words, users will only see the Care Management Module if they need to!

Bidirectional Hyperlinks for Punches & Care Notes

We are excited to announce full bidirectional navigation between punch entries and Care Notes via hyperlinks! Users can now move easily between:

  • Care Notes list > Punch Details

  • Care Note detail > Punch Details

  • Punch Details > Care Note

Additional improvements include:

  • A new Care Note ID column (with hyperlinks) on the Pending Entries page when Care Management is enabled.

With accurate, two-way navigation, users can now quickly align punches with their associated notes—reducing errors and streamlining documentation workflows.

Track Goals, Result Tasks, and Publish Care Notes via IVR

Caregivers who use the IVR (interactive voice response) system can now track goals, result tasks, and publish care notes making the IVR experience more accurate, compliant, and configurable. This is available for both real-time and historical IVR entries. Additionally, the IVR will now record clock-out time at the end of the workflow rather than at the start of the call, allowing accurate pay for time spent completing prompts. New Billing Rounding Type

A new billing rounding type called Time Clock is now available on the service code! This option rounds the start and end times of the shift for billing purposes, but maintains actual start and end times for payroll purposes.

  • Formula: Rounded Amount = [Rounded End Time] - [Rounded Start Time]

    • Example

      • Start time = 7:02

      • End time = 7:38

      • Amount = 36 minutes

      • Rounding increment from service code = 15

      • Rounded Start Time = 7:00

      • Rounded End Time = 7:45

      • Rounded Amount = 45 minutes

Client Schedule Entries Import

We’re excited to introduce a new Client Schedule Entries Import feature in the Scheduling Module! Super Users and Supervisors can now upload client schedule entry import files directly from the Scheduling Dashboard, making it easier and faster to create schedule entries in bulk.

An Attachments tab has been added to the Scheduling Dashboard to display all imported files, providing a clear history of activity. Search, export, download, and results-file viewing functions work just like they do on other Import Detail pages, offering a familiar and consistent experience.
