Remove Restriction on Task Question Answers
Super Users, Supervisors, and users with the Plan of Care Admin permission can now add additional Answer options to Task Question Answers within the Care Management module.
Previously:
Task Questions were limited to 7 Answers when configured in either the Settings module or Care Management module
New:
The 7 answer limit has been removed, providing greater flexibility when designing Custom Task Questions.
This enhancement supports more complex workflows and reduces the need to split responses across multiple questions.

Temporarily Suspend Client Eligibility
This month’s release introduces a new instance-level setting in DCI that allows Super Users to apply temporary suspensions to client services during periods of ineligibility. A common example is a hospital stay, during which services cannot be billed.
With this feature enabled, Super Users can create both retroactive and future-dated suspension periods for a variety of reasons. The system will automatically enforce a suspension based on the configured start and end dates of an active suspension by blocking any type of entry creation for service dates within the configured period in support of accurate billing and compliance.
Previously:
Users were required to manually manage eligibility suspension by:
Setting the Client Status to Suspended
Entering a Suspended Date
Saving the change
New:
With this release, if the functionality is enabled, a new Client details action called "Add Suspension" will facilitate the creation of a linked Suspension record that will govern suspension management and enforcement for the Client profile:
When a creating an Open or Closed Client Suspension, the system will:
Restrict any type of entry creation for a service date/time that falls within the successfully configured suspension period
OR
Restrict a user from creating a Suspension if there are already existing entries created for the Client within the service date/time period and display a list of the entries blocking that action
When a Client status is Active:
The system searches for Client suspensions in an Open or Closed status. If the current date/time falls within a suspension period, the system will:
Update the Client Status to Suspended
Sets the Suspended Date
Restrict any type of entry creation for the Client within the suspension period
When the Client status is Suspended:
The system searches for Client suspensions in a Closed or Canceled status. If the current date/time is after the suspension end date or canceled, the system will:
Update the Client status to Active
Clear the Suspended Date
Allow any type of entry creation for the Client outside of the Closed suspension period or within the Canceled suspension period
To enable this feature, please submit a DCI Support ticket.
