The DCI maintenance release for the web portal will occur on the morning of Thursday, March 12, 2026, and will require the DCI web portal to be unavailable for all users from 1:30 AM to 3:30 AM EST.

Configure Entry Custom Fields by Funding Source
Entry Custom Fields can now be configured at the funding source level ensuring only relevant fields appear for each state or program. When creating or editing a punch, the custom field only displays if the service code is linked with the Funding Source(s). This enhancement allows us to tailor data capture requirements based on specific needs.

Configure Entry Custom Fields at the funding source level
Multi-select option for the Funding Source field on the Add/Edit Custom Field Wizard to link one or more funding sources

Minimum Pay Rate Field on Service Code
A new minimum pay rate field is now available for service code account types Hourly and Client Transportation. This field will improve compliance by preventing pay rates from being set below the required threshold ensuring employees are always paid at or above minimum wage.

Late Entries Rebill (Late Timesheet) Automation
A new Funding Source setting, Enable Late Entries Rebill Automation, is now available in the DCI portal. When enabled, the billing batch validation process automatically updates claims in Claims Manager. This means that once entries have been identified as late timesheet entries and their respective claims have been paid, the system will now update the claim(s) to a status of Ready for Rebill. There is no longer a need to individually set each entry to Ready for Rebill through the multi-step manual process!
Additionally, two new statuses, Validate in Process and Validated, have been added to the Billing Dashboard to filter and retrieve batches that match the criteria.
