The DCI maintenance release for the web portal will occur on the morning of Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026, and will require the DCI Web Portal to be unavailable for all users from 1:30 AM to 3:30 AM EST.
The DCI maintenance release does not require a Mobile App update. Thank you for being a valued DCI customer!
Messaging Module - Payment Information Change Requests for Vendor Account Owners
Vendor Account Owners can now securely request updates to how their payments are delivered via the messaging module within the DCI Web Portal! This instance-level setting ensures that all payment change requests originate from authenticated Portal users, helping improve security and reduce risk.
When enabled on the instance, Payment Information Change Requests can be accessed from:
The Envelope icon drop-down, or
The Message Inbox Actions menu
Vendors can choose their preferred payment method, Check or Direct Deposit, and will receive confirmation notifications via email and the DCI messaging module once their request is submitted.
All requests are automatically routed to the DCI profile configured for your organization, ensuring they are reviewed and processed appropriately.

OBBBA “Qualified Overtime” Designation
Recent federal law changes under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) require employers to include a new line item on employee W‑2s representing the total dollar amount of qualified overtime premium pay that may be eligible for tax exemption.
To support this requirement, a new instance-level setting has been introduced that allows organizations to define a Pay Code Modifier. During payroll processing, this Pay Code Modifier is appended to applicable overtime pay codes to designate the earnings as qualified overtime premium. These modifiers will display on Payroll Entries which are generated at the time of payroll processing and all applicable Payroll file attachments. Overtime is not evaluated until payroll processing and only for service codes that are not overtime exempt.
To enable this feature, please submit a DCI Support ticket indicating the preferred Pay Code Modifier.
