The Claims Manager maintenance release for the sandbox will occur on the morning of Monday, April 20th, 2026, and will require Claims Manager to be unavailable for all users from 1:30 AM to 3:30 AM EST.

The Claims Manager maintenance release for production will occur on the morning of Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026, and will require Claims Manager to be unavailable for all users from 1:30 AM to 3:30 AM EST.

Claim Filing Deadline Visibility

A new Claim Filing Deadline setting is now available at the Funding Source level in the DCI Portal. This allows users to enter the number of days a payer allows for claim submission. When a new claim or rebill is created, this information is automatically sent to Claims Manager.

In Claims Manager, a new Filing Deadline field is now available on both the Claims Review Dashboard and the Claim Details page. The dashboard shows the remaining days until the filing deadline, while the Claim Details page displays the exact deadline date, helping users track and manage timely submissions more easily.
